right for your application
Start by selecting a counter, either
the 53131A, 53132A, or 53181A.
Don’t know which one to choose?
Check out our most popular
53131A. Then choose the timebase
that is the best fit for your applica-
tion. Optional timebases improve
stability due to changes in tempera-
ture or time and provide the conve-
nience of electronic calibration.
Finally, an optional RF channel can
be added to measure signals up to
12.4 GHz – opt 030, a 3 GHz RF
channel is a common choice.
