1 Add 20 µL of SureSelect dA-Tailing Master Mix to each end-repaired,
purified DNA sample (approximately 20 µL).
2 Mix w
ell by pipetting up and down or by gentle vortexing.
3 Incubate the plate in the SureCycler thermal cycler and run the
program in Table 10. Do not use a heated lid.
