15 Seal the sample wells, then mix well on a vortex mixer and briefly spin
to collect the liquid.
16 Incubate for 2 minutes at room temperature.
17 Put the plate or strip tube in the magnetic stand and leave for
2 minutes or until the solution is clear.
18 Remove the cleared supernatant (approximately 30 µL) to a fresh well.
You can discard the beads at this time.
Stopping Point If you do not continue to the next step, store the libraries at 4°C for up
to one week or at –20°C for longer periods.
