Choose the Sources tab from the Define Measurement window.

Enter the carrier (center) frequency of your DUT (5 MHz to 1.6 GHz).
Enter the same frequency for the detector input frequency. See
Figure 202.

Choose the Cal tab from the Define Measurement window.

Select Derive constant from FM rate and deviation as the calibration
method.

Set the FM Rate to 20 kHz and FM Deviation to 10 kHz, which are the
recommended FM rate and deviation. See Figure 203 on page 272.
