N6763A - N6766A Precision DC Power Modules
The Agilent N6763A/N6764A are 300 W and the N6765A/N6766A are
500 W precision DC power modules that provide low noise, and precise
control and measurements in the milliampere and microampere region
with the abi lity to simultan eously digitize voltage and current, and c apture
those measurements in an osc illoscope-like data buffer. The se modules
are a part of the N6700 modul ar power system, which consists of the
N6700 low-profile mainframes for ATE and the N6705 DC power analyzer
mainframe for R&D.

N6777A DC Power Module
The Agilent N6777A is a 300 W basic DC power module t hat provides
programmable voltage and current, measurement and protection features
at a very economical price, making this module s uitable to power the DUT
or to provide power for ATE system resources such as fixture control. This

N6700 low-profile mainframes for ATE and the N6705 DC power analyzer
mainframe for R&D.
