13 Record the ‘Mean’ and ‘Std Dev’ for 1 MHz and 250 MHz, Channel
2, Test 3c and 3d, in the Agilent 53220A/53230A Performance Test
Record starting on page 78.

Test 4: (Q) Pulse Width
This test uses the Agilent 53220A/53230A Counter to measure the width
of a narrow pulse from a pulse generator.
NOTE Test #4 applies to the 53220A and 53230A only.
