:FUNCtion:RANGe <range> :FUNCtion:RANGe? <range> ::= the full-scale vertical axis value in NR3 format.
The range for ADD, SUBT, MULT is 8E-6 to 800E+3.
The range for the INTegrate function is 8E-9 to 400E+3.
The range for the DIFFerentiate function is 80E-3 to 8.0E12
(depends on current sweep speed).
The range for the FFT function is 8 to 800 dBV.

The range of legal values is from 400.0 dBV to +400.0 dBV
(depending on current range value).
