Command Reference

:CORR1:COLL

Syntax [:SENSe]:CORRection1:COLLect[:ACQuire] {STAN1|STAN2|STAN3|STAN4}

Description Obtains the data for calculating the calibration coefficients to use during impedance

measurement and the calibration coefficients to use during R

measurement performed

with the specified standard. When a low-loss capacitor is specified as the standard, the

command obtains the data for calculating the calibration coefficient for impedance

measurement only.

The data is obtained for only the active table. (No query)

NOTE The measurement to obtain the data is not started by execution of this command. You must

trigger the instrument after execution of this command when the trigger source is not set to

internal trigger (Int).
