:CALCulate:PARameter{1|2|3|4}:FORMat?
Description Specifies the measurement parameter to use as each of the parameters 1 (:PAR1) through 4
(:PAR4). You can assign these parameters independently of other parameter settings.
Parameters
Parameter 1 defaults to Z; parameter 2 defaults to TZD; parameter 3 defaults to RS;
parameter 4 defaults to X.
