1-12. DC BIAS LEVEL ACCURACY TEST (OPTION 001 ONLY)
This test verifies that the HP 4285A Internal DC Bias Level accuracy meets the following
specifications. The accuracy is specified for an ambient temperature range of 23 ° C ± 5
°C.

±(O.OOO to 4.000) V
±(0.1 % of setting+1 mY)
±(4.002 to 8.000) V
±(0.1 % of setting+2 mY)
±(8.005 to 20.000) V ±(0.1 % of setting+5 mY)
±(20.01 to 40.00) V ±(0.1 % of setting+ 10 mY)
