The secure erase feature comes standard with all
4000 X-Series models. At the press of a button, internal
non-volatile memory is clear of all setup, reference
waveforms, and user preferences, ensuring the highest
level of security in compliance with National Industrial
Security Program Operation Manual (NISPOM) Chapter 8
requirements.
3-Year standard warranty, 2-Year calibration interval
Through improved quality processes and rigorous testing,
the Agilent InfiniiVision 4000 X-Series oscilloscopes are able
to perform at guaranteed specification for two years without
calibration, thereby reducing your cost of ownership. These
oscilloscopes come with a standard factory 3-year warranty.

Infinium Offline oscilloscope analysis software
Agilent’s Infiniium Offline PC-based oscilloscope analysis
software (N8900A) allows you to do additional signal
viewing, analysis and documentation tasks away from your
oscilloscope.
Capture waveforms, save to a file, and recall the waveforms
into Infiniium Offline. The application supports a variety of
popular waveform formats from multiple oscilloscope
vendors and includes the following features: navigate, view,
measurements, analyze, view windows, documentation, and
optional analysis upgrades.

ASV PC-based software package (64997A) connects to the
oscilloscope via USB or Ethernet connection. ASV provides
affordable advanced FFT frequency-domain analysis and
spectrum and spectrogram analysis with an intuitive user
interface familiar to RF engineers.
