Let’s now use the scope’s Segmented Memory mode of acquisition to
capture 100 consecutive occurrences of I

S serial bus traffic when
right- channel > +10. But to complete the rest of this lab your scope must
be licensed with the Segmented Memory option.
37 Push the horizontal position/delay knob to re- position the trigger point
back to center-screen.
38 Set the scope’s timebase to 200.0 µs/div.
39 Press the [Run/Stop] front panel to begin repetitive acquisition again.
40 Press the [Trigger] front panel key.
41 Tap the Trigger softkey and change to > (Greater than).
42 Tap the Data softkey twice to bring up the keypad; then change the
value to 10.
43 Press the [Acquire] front panel key.
44 Tap the Segmented softkey; then tap # of Segs to enter 100 as the number
of segments to capture.
45 Tap the Segmented softkey to begin a Segmented Memory acquisition.
46 Tap the Current Segment softkey; then turn the Entry knob to review all
100 captured segments.
47 Set the Current Segment to 100 and note the time-tag of the last captured
segment.
