To order replaceable parts
You can order replaceable parts from Agilent using the part numbers as
listed in Table 2- 2 on page 58
To order replaceable parts from Agilent, do the following:
1 Contact your nearest Agilent Sales Office or Service Center.
2 Identify the parts by the Agilent part number shown in the
replaceable parts list.
3 Provide the instrument model number and serial number.
