SYSTem:COMMunicate:GPIB[:SELF]:ADDRess <numeric_value>
This command sets the GPIB address of the power meter.

The query returns the current setting of the GPIB address or the values
associated with MIN and MAX.

is 0. The value for MAX is 30.
