Bit 5 is set when the following condition occurs:
• Channel A requires zeroing
Bis 6 is set when the following condition occurs (Agilent E4419B only):
• Channel B requires zeroing
These bits are cleared when no errors or events are detected by the power
meter during a measurement covering the causes given for it to set.
