Your scope’s display should now look similar to Figure 44 while using the
scope’s default trigger condition (rising edge of channel- 1). Let’s now set
up the scope to trigger on one of the wider digital pulses on channel- 2. To
do this we will qualify triggering on the channel-1 pulse, then delay
arming of the trigger past the 5 MHz analog burst, and then finally trigger
on the Nth occurrence of one of the wider digital pulses.
12 Press the [Trigger] front panel key; then select Edge then Edge using the
Entry knob.
13 Press the Delay softkey; then enter 2.0 µs using the Entry knob.
14 Press the Nth Edge B softkey; then enter 3 using the Entry knob.
Your scope’s triggering should now be synchronized on the 3rd digital
pulse on channel- 2 after qualifying on the channel- 1 pulse, and after
delaying past the higher frequency analog burst as shown in Figure 45.
