Setting IO Parameters
When programming the oscilloscope over the RS- 232 interface, the baud
rate must match on the oscilloscope and the controller PC’s RS- 232 port.
To set the RS- 232 interface baud rate:
1 Press Utility
.
2 In the Utilities menu, select IO Setup.
3 In the I/O Setup menu, press RS-232 Baud to select the desired baud
rate.

Setting the Menu Language
To set the language used in menus:
1 Press Utility

2 In the Utilities menu, press Language to select the desired menu
language.
You can select from the following languages:
• Simplified Chinese.
• Traditional Chinese.
• Korean.
• Japanese.
• English.
• German.
• French.
• Portuguese.
• Spanish.
• Italian.
• Russian.
