At left are the parameter window and message
display created by the custom tool in this
example. Parameters allow the user to control
different aspects of what the tool does to the
acquired trace. The user can change the para-
meters and hit the execute button to change the
output of the tool. The output dialog to the left
displays information generated by the tool.

Multiplex Data
Custom tools can combine several
lines of data acquired sequentially
under one label into one line of
data. However the data to be
combined does not have to come
from the same label, it can come
from different labels. The labels
can even come from different
analyzers.
