If you need to make time-correlated measurements with more logic
analysis channels than can be installed into a single logic analysis system
frame, you can connect multiple 16900A, 16901A, 16902A, and 16902B
frames together in a multiframe logic analysis system.
Guidelines for Configuring a Multiframe System
• You must use the same speed networking card in all frames.
• If a frame has two LAN ports, Agilent recommends only one be used.
• Use the highest network speed available.
• If possible, use a switch (as opposed to a hub) to isolate traffic between
frames from the rest of the network.
