Making a Measurement
Step 4. Set up the measurement parameters
You set the output parameters on the MEASURE: SAMPLING SETUP screen.
The following setup is to force 500 nA to 0.1 μF capacitor as an example.
1. Press
Meas front-panel key. The MEASURE: SAMPLING SETUP screen
appears.
2. Set the SAMPLING PARAMETER table as shown below:
This setup is to repeat one point measurement in 2 ms interval until the stop
condition is satisfied, and to hold the result data for 20 measurement points. The
stop condition is defined in the next step.
3. Set the STOP CONDITION table as shown below:
This setup enables the stop condition which stops sampling when detects 3
measurement data that the VG value overs 900 mV.
