AgfaPhoto Quality Guarantee for
Laser Toner,
Ink Cartridges
and Photo Inkjet Paper
With an AgfaPhoto produkt, you are acquiring a high-quality, branded product for the highest demands.
In order to ensure the absolute reliability of the AgfaPhoto brand, we rely on the latest testing techniques and modern, flexible
production processes.
These are our guarantees:
• 36-month quallity guarantee on ink cartridges and photo inkjet paper from date of purchase
• 100% lifetime guarantee on the toner products from date of purchase
• »money back« guarantee on all of our pruducts.
Our products are produced under adherence to the strictest qualty standards. Inter alia, toner cartridges are produced
according to DIN 33870 and ink cartridges are produced according to DIN 9001-2000.
In term of performance, our products are comparable to the relevant original parts.
If a product should nevertheless be defective, we shall replace it or refund the purchase price, at our own discretion.
We furthermore guarantee that no damage, premature wear or deterioration of equipment, such as printers or photocopiers,
will be caused by the use of our products. Furthermore, the manufacturer’s guarantee for your device will remain unchanged
with the use of our products. If damage to equipment should nevertheless be caused by a defective Agfaphoto product, we
shall refund the repair costs, however at most, the current value of the damaged part or device, exlusive of any consequential
damage. However, this shall only take place under the conditons that we have immediately been notified about the type and
scope of the damage.
After an assessment by our Quality Assurance department, a decision will be made as whether the customer should send in
the device or whetever the repair will be carried out by an extenal engineer.
We reserve the right to have the relevant device inspected by an independent expert.
Damgae that is due to improper handling or non-observance of the operating instructions and information, as well as
non-compliance with the specifications of the device manufacturer cannot be compensated.
