Removal and Replacement 4-5

7. Using a large ﬂathead screwdriver, remove the two (2) servo motor mount-

ing screws. Refer to Figure 4-3.

8. Using an allen head wrench, remove the two set screws from the servo

motor gear. Refer to Figure 4-3.

9. Remove the gear from the motor. Refer to Figure 4-3.

➀–Drive belt. ➁–Tensioner assembly. ➂–Upper bridge servo motor.

➃–Motor power connectors (red and brown). ➄–Servo motor gear with allen

screws. ➅–Two servo motor mounting hex screws. ➆–Side cover.

➇–Bridge up sensor. ➈–Side cover electrical connector.

Replace:

1. Replace the gear on the motor.

2. Reverse the procedures above.
