5. For each logical volume that is required, right-click the remaining free space in the extended
partition and select New Logical Drive. Follow the New Partition Wizard, using the following
settings:

Assign Drive Letter or Path • Select Assign the following drive letter
• Assign the letter as specified in the table in Information to

• Volume label: As specified in the table in Information to
consider when partitioning disks (refer to page 30)
6. Exit Disk Management.

Install the video drivers using the Express Setup utility and configure the display settings.
To configure the video drivers
1. Open Control Panel.
2. Select Display.
3. Switch to the Background tab.
4. Configure the following settings:

5. Switch to the Settings tab.
