You can see in the above screenshot that the camera (with the username “Raheel N” has sent back the
URL of the camera after we asked for the URL, by typing “url?” and sending the chat.
The benefit of this is if you somehow lose the IP address of the camera and you are not near the camera
location, you can always sign in to MSN Messenger and retrieve the IP address this way.
Also note that if you have e-mail notifications enabled, you can check the box that states “Report Internet
IP Address by Mail,” which will allow the IP address to be e-mailed to you every time the camera boots up
or changes IP addresses.
