Eclean won't start
charging after
returning to the
recharging dock or
couldn't approach
the recharging
dock.
1. The recharging dock is
not attached to the wall.
2. The recharging dock is
placed under a halogen
lamp.
3. There's not enough
space for Eclean to
return to the recharging
dock.
Check the indicator on
Eclean. If the charging
indicator isn't flashing
white, please check
against the "causes". If
Eclean still cannot
recharge, please return
the product for service.

The remote
control is not
working.
1. Battery is not
installed.
2. Battery is installed
reversely.
3. Battery is discharged
completely.
Install the battery
properly or replace it with
a new one.

The side brush is
curled after
cleaning.
Caused by the cleaning
or packing process.
Soak it in hot water.

Eclean keeps
moving
backward.
The sensor is blocked by
dust or foreign objects.
Clean the sensor.

Eclean's side
brushes are
trapped and
stopped by cables
and phone lines.
There are cables or cords
on the floor.
Please remove foreign
objects from the floor,
such as phone lines,
cables, clothes and cords.

Eclean stopped on
the dark-colored
carpet.
The light from the sensor
couldn't reflect, disabling
the sensor from
receiving any signal.
Keep away from black or
darkcolored carpet.

Cannot clean
certain large
objects.
The objects are larger
than the dust suction
entrance.
Use other clearing
methods.

Error indicator
lights up.
The wheels are jammed
or Eclean has been lifted
up.
Remove the object that
jammed Eclean, or put
Eclean back onto the
