Installation Guidelines
What the installer and owner need to know before purchase, delivery and installation of the AGA Cast Iron
Range
NOTE: These are the minimum recommendations be sure to check your local codes and AGA INSTALLATION GUIDES
prior to installation
Use the above checklist in addition to a quick walk-around the delivery location including the exterior of the home as
well as the pathway needed to bring the AGA cast iron range to its final destination within the home.
Use the 39 9/16”W x 29 1/8”D Template (wooden sheet with castor wheels) or similar to ensure the AGA is able to fit
through the property grounds, doorways and final destination location without issue.
Use all of the information read and gathered to determine the best course of action giving all the variables prior to
unloading the crated AGA range(s).
The Floor must be finished, and also must be level front-to-back, side-to-side and diagonally before installation of the
AGA range. Minor adjustments may be made with shims provided with the range.
