My Account Tab
The My Account Tab chapter contains information on the following:

Note: In some locations where Remote Services are not available the Call Support will not be available in the My Account
screen.
The My Account menu enables user to initiate remote technical support, configure and monitor their account parameters.
Each of the following menu options are explained in detail in this chapter:
•
Call Support – Enables user to send a technical support request to the service provider.
•
Details – Gives the user access to detailed summary of information about the system components.
•
Feature Code – Enables user to enter purchased unlock codes to activate system features.
