[SOURce[1|2]]:AM:INTernal:FREQuency
This command sets or queries the internal modulation frequency of AM modula-
tion for the specified channel. You can use this command only when the internal
modulation source is selected. You can set the internal modulation frequency from
2 mHz to 50.00 kHz with resolution of 1 mHz.
You can select the source of modulating signal by using the
[SOURce[1|2]]:AM:SOURce [INTernal|EXTernal] command.

Arguments
<frequency>::=<NRf>[<units>]
where
<NRf> is the modulation frequency.
<units>::=[Hz | kHz | MHz]

<frequency>
Examples
SOURce1:AM:INTernal:FREQuency 10kHz
sets the CH 1 internal modulation frequency to 10 kHz.
