Refer to Figure I for Step 15-20

Step 15: Using 16 mm socket, re-install idler pulley 9 with new furnished double sided belt on.

Step 16: Install new furnished double sided short belt (6DPK1070) using 14mm wrench to retract

tensioner 8 . Check diagram above for proper belt drive.

Step 17: Check for proper belt tension and interference.

Step 18: Re-install fan shroud, air box and all removed components in reverse order.

Step 19: Check all clearences and tightness of all clamps and related hardware. Make adjustments as

needed then tighten all bolts and clamps.

Step 20: The install is now complete!
