® REMOVAL 2 2 4 3 1 1 Figure A Refer to Figure A for steps 1-3 Step 1: Remove factory intake ducts 1 using a T20 Torx and pliers. Step 2: Loosen intake tube clamps 2 and remove intake tube 3 between air box and manifold. Step 3: Unbolt airbox with 10mm socket and remove airbox 4 .

Step 5: Release fan shroud clip 6 on driver side (See inset 2). Step 6: Remove the fan shroud by sliding it up out of the engine bay. (Unclip hoses attached to the bottom of the fan shroud.) Step 16: Install new furnished double sided short belt (6DPK1070) using 14mm wrench to retract tensioner 8 . Check diagram above for proper belt drive. Step 17: Check for proper belt tension and interference. Step 18: Re-install fan shroud, air box and all removed components in reverse order.
