43. Install the supplied 2-1/4"x 1-7/8” reducer coupling onto the shorter end of
the aFe hot side intercooler tube with one (1) of the supplied 2-3/8” clamps
(do not tighten the clamp yet).
44. Install the aFe hot side intercooler tube into the vehicle along with the
supplied 2” clamp at the top to connect the reducer coupling to the turbo
(do not tighten the clamp yet).
45. Install the supplied 2-1/4” x 45° coupling along with another 2-3/8” clamp
onto the bottom of the hot side intercooler tube (do not tighten the clamp
yet).
46. Connect the coupling from the previous step to the inlet fitting on the
intercooler along with another 2-3/8” clamp.
47. Install the factory mounting bolt into the bushing on the aFe hot side
intercooler tube and secure.
48. Ensure the tubes are not touching anything then tighten all the clamps.
49. Reinstall the screw and clip securing the radiator over-flow hose to the
vehicle.
