Access configuration – ISDN PRI National
This interface can be used by means of the “XLNA” external module
(see “X LINE NETWORK ADAPTER” §).
A) Move to the desired access configuration (icon 1) and press OK.
In this menu you can:
Choose to Enable Accesses.
Specify the Number to be associated with the Primary Rate Interface.
Specify the SPID, if present.
B) Move to the Advanced icon and press OK.
In this menu you can:
B-channel selection (Time slot)
Choose Terminal to select the channel in use for a call or let Network to choose.
For request from Terminal:
> Choose
Channel interval to be used for a connection. You can select an interval by
defining First and Last channel.
> Channel search from starting from First or Last defined B channels
Select Cable length. From the drop-down menu, you can also select the length of the
cable connecting the System to the Primary Rate access socket used.
Note: It is appropriate here to stress that unless you have special needs, it is advisable to
leave the “network” option selected, since incorrect configuration could create connection
problems. For special configurations, contact your service provider.
