The Airport Installation and removal Svalbard Airport, Longyear (ENSB, LYR) is the main airport serving the island of Svalbard, Norway. At 78° north, it is the most northern airport in the world with scheduled flights. In this part of the world, weather changes rapidly to the extreme.
