USER SELECTED DIGITAL GAUGE MODE

When Digital Gauge Mode is set for ON, the XR1 will operate as a

Digital Depth Gauge/Timer without performing nitrogen calcula-

tions.

While in this mode, the range of the Current and Maximum Depth

displays are extended to 399 feet (120 meters) to accommodate ac-

tivities involving diving with advanced breathing gas mixtures or

free diving beyond the normal depth limit of the unit.

There is a Main Display providing Current Depth, Max depth, and

Elapsed Dive Time (Fig. 40).

Temperature and Time of Day can be viewed for 3 seconds as an

Alternate Display (Fig. 41) when the button is pressed and re-

leased.
