With proper care, this filter will last the life of your vehicle. This filter may be used in a stock machine, and no modifica-

tions will be required. However there are special installation instructions, so please follow the procedures outlined below

to ensure that the AEM

air filter seals properly.

INSTALLATION:

THESE INSTRUCTIONS MUST BE FOLLOWED EVERY TIME THE FILTER IS SERVICED,

OTHERWISE THE FILTER MAY NOT SEAL, AND DAMAGE TO THE ENGINE COULD RESULT.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

This filter fits: See catalog for current applications

1. Remove the 4 screws securing the air filter bracket and remove the stock air filter. Retain the 4 screws from the stock

air filter bracket, the hardware will be reused with the installation of the AEM

air filter in step 5.

2. Install AEM

air filter into the airbox with the filter top facing upward. Fig. 1

3. Evenly press the AEM

air filter into the airbox. Fig. 2

4. Place the plastic brackets into the grooves on the air filter’s top. Fig. 3

5. Using the 4 screws removed during step 1, tighten the screws so the brackets snugly secure the brackets to the the

airbox. Fig. 4
