Ethernet Series - ETH1000
SINGLE INPUT HIGH DEFINITION ETHERNET AV SENDER
The ETH1000 is a high definition AV Sender that uses Ethernet protocols and existing wired Local Area Networks to transmit to the receiver. This makes it
ideal for home and business applications where existing Local Area Networks using traditional routers, switchers and hubs work in harmony with this range.
As well as being compatible with 10 base-T, 100 base-T and 1000 base-T it only consumes 4 Mb of bandwidth for a 1080p high definition AV link.
Due to signal degradation and timing issues, Ethernet segments are still limited in size and the speed of the signal is dependent on the medium used. A
10BASE5 coax cable, for instance, has a maximum length of 1640 feet.
