Q: There is interference on my picture!
A: You need to change the Audio/Video channel of your xSender. See page 5 for details.
Q: I can’t choose a different Satellite/Cable channel from my main room!
A: This is normal. Your Satellite/Cable decoder can only decode one channel at a time.
Q: My neighbour is changing my Satellite/Cable channel!
A: Your neighbour is using a xSender system. Consider purchasing the DigiEye Intelligent
remote control extender. This device features 16 remote channels.
Q: I can’t get my Satellite/Cable/DVD/VCR remote control to work in the
second room!
A: This could be a number of things...
i) Check the position of the magic eye is as shown on page 11. Try moving the eye into
different positions.
ii) Change the batteries in your remote control.
iii) Try moving the xSender transmitter and receiver away from electrical equipment that may
be interfering.
