Problems Causes Solutions
The machine does not turn on. The machine is not connected to the
power source.
Connect the machine to the power source.
Contact Electrolux customer service.
The pump is very noisy. Both indica-
tor lights for small and big cups are
ashing. No water ow.
No water in the tank. Fill the tank with fresh drinking water.
1. Prime the water circuit.
2. Check correct water tank position.
The loading lever doesn’t reach the
brewing position.
Capsule inserted incorrectly. Empty the used capsule compartment.
Repeat the sequence, open and close the lever. If that
is not enough remove the capsule manually from the
compartment after unplugging the machine.
The coee is cold. Preheat the cup with the hot water.
The coee is brewed too fast, the
brewed coee is not creamy.
Capsule already used. Open the lever and insert a new capsule.
Coee is not brewed or brewed in
drips only from the spout and there
is also a spillage from the back of the
brewing spout.
Coee spout is clogged. Clean the coee spout.
Circuit is not primed Prime the water circuit.
The milk does not froth. Not suitable milk. Use fresh, partially skimmed milk.
The milk is too hot. Use milk at refrigerator temperature.
The whisking spiral is not in place. Make sure that the whisking spiral is correctly as-
sembled.
The frothed milk is too hot or cold. The milk amount was not lled accord-
ing to the Cappuccino and Latte Mac-
chiato line.
Decrease or increase the milk amount.

Het apparaat gaat niet aan. De stekker van het apparaat zit niet
goed in het stopcontact.
Steek de stekker in het stopcontact.
Neem contact op met Electrolux Service
De pomp maakt veel lawaai. Beide con-
trolelampjes voor kleine en grote kop-
pen knipperen. Er komt geen water.
Het waterreservoir is leeg. Vul het waterreservoir met schoon drinkwater.’
1. Breng het watercircuit op gang.
2. Controleer de juiste positie van de watertank.
De laadhendel bereikt niet de
brouwpositie.
Cupje verkeerd ingevoerd. Leeg het gebruikte capsulecompartiment.
Herhaal de volgorde, open en sluit de hendel. Als dat
niet voldoende is dient u het cupje te verwijderen uit
het compartiment nadat u de stekker van het apparaat
uit het stopcontact heeft gehaald.
De koe is te koud. Warm de kop voor met heet water.
De koe is te snel gebrouwen, de
gebrouwen koe is niet romig.
Cupje al gebruikt. Open de hendel en plaats een nieuw cupje.
Koe wordt niet gebrouwen of
komt er alleen druppelend uit.
Het koemondstuk is verstopt. Reinig het koemondstuk.
Circuit is niet klaar. Bereid het watercircuit voor.
De melk schuimt niet. Geen geschikte melk. Gebruik verse, halfvolle melk.
De melk is te warm. Gebruik de melk op koelkasttemperatuur.
De garde zit niet op z’n plek. Zorg ervoor dat de garde goed is gemonteerd.
De opgeklopte melk is te warm of
te koud.
De melkhoeveelheid is niet bijgevuld
tot de lijn Cappuccino en Latte Mac-
chiato.
Verhoog of verlaag de melkhoeveelheid.
