Installation of the Small Conveyor Drive – Installation of the working unit
3–4
Detuning the eigenfrequency reduces the reliability of the operation! Do not loosen
the spring mounting bolts under any circumstances (see the following figure)!
3.1.4 Flow chart - explanations
1 Weigh the channel or rail without transported goods
2 Compare the weight measured with the "Nutzg." value on the type label (cf.
picture to the left).
3 If the weight of channel or rail is smaller, you will need to add additional
weight (e.g., spacer plates) to reach the specified working weight.
Low working weight results in low throughput! Do not commission the unit until
the working weight (without transported goods) corresponds to the specification
on the type label!
4 If the weight of the channel or rail exceeds the working weight specified,
the small conveyor drive must be realigned at AViTEQ or on-site by AViTEQ
personnel (at customer’s expense).
Stopper-to-stopper operation due to excess working weight may mechanically
damage the drive! Never operate the unit with excess working weight! Send the
entire KF unit with the working unit to AViTEQ for alignment!
ATTENTION!
Do not loosen the spring mounting bolts!
