2.2 Contents of delivery

After unpacking, check that all parts are undamaged and complete according
to the package slip and as stated on the cover sheet of the shipping docu-
ments.

Compare the data on the type labels of the small conveyor drive and the con-
troller with the delivery invoice and order documents!
ã
Check whether the small conveyor drive and controller match, by referring to
the table in Chapter 4 of this operating manual!
Unauthorised combinations result in destruction of the small conveyor drive and
controller! Only connect compatible devices!
ã
Verify that the small conveyor drive was delivered with special paintwork for
use in the food industry, or in version „CR“ for use in the pharmaceutical indu-
stry.
2.3 Disposal
AViTEQ is not responsible for the disposal of packing material, the small conveyor
units, and accessories. However, we do offer to take back all small conveyor units
and accessories delivered by AViTEQ since 1998 with all charges paid for delivery
at AViTEQ Vibrationstechnik, Frankfurt. AViTEQ guarantees correct disposal free of
charge for the sender. This offer is valid on the condition that the units are returned
in clean condition, free of product residue and dirt. Prior to disposal by AViTEQ,
this must be confirmed in writing by the sender.
2.3.1 Packing materials
The following materials are used by AViTEQ for delivering small conveyor units,
depending on the type of transport:
l Polyethylene foil (PE) for device protection
l Corrugated cardboard for outer and inner packing
l Wooden cases for outer packing
l Paper shavings as filler material
l Styrofoam (Flo-Pack) as filler and cushioning material.
All packing materials should be disposed of in accordance with local regulations of
the delivery destination.
