We are Partners. – Product liability and warranty

for damage other than damage to the product subject to the contract is excluded
except in cases of intent, gross negligence or culpable violation of significant con-
tract obligations by AViTEQ Vibrationstechnik GmbH.
Also, we do not accept liability for damage to conveyor and automation plants
caused by a malfunction of the product or by mistakes in the content of the opera-
ting manual. We do not accept liability for damage caused by accessories not sup-
plied or certified by AViTEQ Vibrationstechnik GmbH. AViTEQ Vibrationstechnik
GmbH is not responsible for the violation of patent rights or other rights of third
parties outside the Federal Republic of Germany.
We would like to point out that we are not liable for damage to the product subject
to the contract, or for consequential damage to other property, if the damage is
caused by non-observation of safety regulations and/or warning notices.
When entering the contract, the customer is obliged to point out explicitly if the
product is intended for private use and will be used by the customer predomi-
nantly for this purpose.
