Electronic touch controls ensure that

POWER BOOSTER For intense rapid
heat up.
HIGHLY INTELLIGENT CONTROLS WITH
LED DISPLAY
Stop+go, Timer per Zone,
Child Safety Lock and Control Lock.
STOP+GO This is pressed to pause
during cooking. It takes the selected
zone down to a minimum. It is
restored back to the original setting
when pressed again. This can also be
used as a handy keep warm setting.
TIMER PER ZONE
Up to 99 minutes
may be selected for each cooking area.
The hob will automatically turn off
and an acoustic signal will sound,
ensuring cooking perfection every time.
CHILD SAFETY LOCK Two controls can
be pressed together to lock the hob in
the off position to prevent children
from accidently turning the hob on.
CONTROL LOCK This is used when the
hob is on to prevent any alteration or
activation of the hob’s setting and can
also be used to lock the hob in the off
position for extra safety.
AUTO SAFETY SWITCH OFF
Hob will
automatically switch off if left on for
excessive time periods.
RESIDUAL HEAT INDICATORS
This
safety feature visually indicates
when residual heat is left on the
hob surface.
POT RECOGNITION INDICATORS
The
cooking zone will not operate when
incorrect cookware is used or when no
pan is on the hob and the controls are
accidentally activated.
ELECTRIC HOB PERFORMANCE
INDUCTION ZONE Works by creating
a magnetic field between the hob
components and the steel core of
the saucepan. Quicker than gas,
more controllable, easy to clean and
very safe, AEG-Electrolux Induction
hobs are perfect in form and
function.
HILIGHT ZONE Ceramic cooking areas
with a fine ribbon element under
the glass to heat up in less than
5 seconds.
DUAL ZONE A cooking area with 2
zones. The inner zone can be activated
individually when using smaller pans.
TRIPLE ZONE A ceramic cooking area
comprising of three different sizes,
which can be activated to match the
size of saucepan being used.
MULTI-PURPOSE ZONE
An elongated
oval zone, which can be used as a
single zone with just the round section
activated, or extended to accommodate
casserole dishes or fish kettles.
RED-DOT ZONES Red dots on sealed
plate hobs represent fast and more
powerful cooking zones.
AUTOMAX Following selection of
a power level and cooking time,
pressing automax brings the zone
up to maximum and then following
a preset time returns to the selected
power level for the remainder of the
cooking time.
GAS ON GLASS
Gas burners
mounted on ceramic glass, stylish
and easy to clean.
ENAMEL COATED PAN SUPPORTS
Pan supports with an easy clean
enamel coating. Pan supports are
removable and dishwasher proof.
CAST IRON PAN SUPPORTS
Professional appearance and a sturdy
design. Cast Iron Pan supports can be
removed and placed in a dishwasher
for easy cleaning. Cast iron pan supports
have non-slip silicon feet for even
greater stability.
REMOVABLE WOK SUPPORT
Removable cast iron wok support
perfect for stir fry, can be placed in
the dishwasher for easy cleaning.
LED DISPLAY
An electronic display
indicating the level of power that is
in use.
SAFETY THERMOCOUPLES
If the flame
inadvertently goes out, the gas is shut
off from the source, ensuring perfect
safety.
AUTOMATIC INTEGRATED IGNITION
All AEG-Electrolux gas hobs have
integrated ignitions. The gas hob is lit
automatically when the control knob
is pushed and turned, in a single
handed operation.
FRONT CONTROLS Burner controls are
situated at the front of the hob for
ease of reach, ideal for left or right
handed cooks.

Hobs can be fitted into a 60cm cut
out and can be used with an
AEG-Electrolux 60cm cooker hood.
LPG KIT
A kit which converts the hob

The pioneering new touch control gas hob
combines the elegance and functionality of
ceramic hobs with the controllability and
precision of gas. Four separate digital
displays control a clean and perfect
flame with 6 power levels. Each burner is
programmable up to 99 minutes finishing
with a final acoustic 10 second countdown.
COMPLETE SAFETY
To ensure maximum
hob safety the touch control gas hob
uniquely combines a control panel
safety lock, residual heat indicators,
auto safety switch off (after 4 hours).
AUTOMATIC RE-IGNITION
Should the
gas hob be accidently extinguished
it will make 3 automatic attempts to
re-ignite. After the 3rd attempt the
gas supply to that burner will be
automatically shut off.
LATEST TECHNOLOGY
The very latest
technology is used to ensure the
quietest flame. It is even possible
to programme the gas setting and
undertake a diagnostic test using
a serial port.
