The temperature and time are only guidelines for a better result and can be adjusted. They depend on the recipes and the quality and quantity of the used ingredients. Bottom Heat To bake cakes with crispy bottom and to preserve food. Defrost This function can be used for defrosting frozen foods, such as vegetables and fruits. The defrosting time depends on the amount and size of the frozen food.

Remove the core temperature sensor plug from the socket and remove the meat from the oven. CAUTION! Only use the core temperature sensor supplied or the correct replacement parts. WARNING! The core temperature sensor is hot. There is a risk of burns. Be careful when you remove the tip and the plug of the core temperature sensor.
