The indentations are also anti-tip devices. The high rim around the shelf prevents cookware from slipping of the shelf. 9. ENGLISH Cooking with fan When possible, use the cooking functions with fan to save energy. Residual heat If a programme with the Duration or End Time selection is activated and the cooking time is longer than 30 minutes, the heating elements automatically deactivate earlier in some oven functions. The fan and lamp continue to operate. 31 Keep food warm Choose the lowest possible temperature setting to use residual heat and keep a meal warm.
