LOCKOUT/TAGOUT OVERVIEW OSHA STANDARDS Singapore Standard 571:2011, the Code of Practice for Energy Lockout and Tagout deals with the control of hazardous energy in workplace situations and provides detailed guidance on procedures, techniques and methods for energy lockout and tagout. The SS571:2011 takes reference from OSHA Regulations (Standards-29 CFR-1910.147, ANSI Z244.1:2003 (2008) and CSA Z460:2005.
