 Installing SCSI driver for Windows NT 4.0

Driver Install during Windows NT Installation

1. CD-ROM Install: Boot from the CD-ROM of Win NT 4.0

and press <F6> while the message “Setup is inspecting

your computer’s configuration…”.

2. When the “Windows NT Setup” window is generated,

select “Other” and press “Enter”.

3. Insert the “Adaptec 7899 SCSI Driver for Win NT 4.0”

diskette into Drive A: and press "ENTER".

4. Select the “Adaptec 19160, 29160(N), 39160,

AHA-3960D, AIC-7892/7899 Ultra160 PCI SCSI

Controller (NT 4.0)” and click “OK”.

Follow the normal Windows NT 4.0 setup installation

procedure.
