The following example shows how to set the base address to 2F8, the
[t default setting for COM2: the switch sum is set to 2F8 = 200 + 80
+40 + 20 + 10 + 8, (HEX).
NOTE: On the PCL-741 the address line A9 is does not appear on the
DIP switch as it is permanently hard-wired to EIEX 200 on the card.
