messages from the IPC queue, an
ERROR_IO_PENDING occurs and the SS7 library
terminates the IPC. This causes all the circuits to
get blocked, as there is no more connection with the
SS7 service. This is causing the IVRs to get a
sudden circuit block from the switch in all of its SS7
circuits.
