Action Bind Template
User can manually bind the Template to the EPD device

User can preview the EPD Device image.
Transmit
1. User can re-flash the image on EPD device
2. User can Transmit image to EPD device
3. If user have click "transmit" or "re-flash" for the device, then the system
keep busy , not response from device side. User can click "reset" to cancel
the execution.
