10.8. Advantech WLAN Client Manager (IGX Tool)
10.8.1. Area of application
This chapter describes the Advantech WLAN Client Manager version 1.02 under the
following OS:
 Win7Pro
 WES7
 Win10IoTEnt
Required: DLT-V72 with radio card SPARKLAN WPEQ-261ACN (BT) MiniPCIe
10.8.2. Program version 1.01 (new features)
Advantech WLAN Client Manager program version 1.01 offers the following new
features:
 “Silent installer” (does not require user interaction during whole process)
 “Silent uninstaller” (does not require user interaction during whole process)
 “Import / Export” feature of current configured wireless settings + profiles
10.8.3. Program version 1.02 (new features)
Advantech WLAN Client Manager program version 1.02 offers the following new
features:
• Optimized “silent” installer / uninstaller
• Setup.exe GUI installation dismissed
• WES7 OS specific “PreInstall.bat” requirement dismissed
• Logging functionality added (allows capturing roaming details for debug purpose)
• Updated threshold values for default “fast roaming behavior”
• Updated WLAN driver version v11.0.0.627
